Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri K.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments, jointly submitted that the main Writ Petition No.31214 of 2017 had already been closed on 17.10.2025, as the minimum time scale had been provided to the petitioner by order dated 12.12.2018 by the competent authority. The learned counsel for the petitioner also stated that the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the instant contempt case. 3.
