1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year one month and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. There are no materials to substantiate against the present petitioner. As such he may be released on bail.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the case is of digital arrest. Petitioner being a resident of Gujarat has

threatened by way of issuing notice impersonating a warrant of Mumbai police.
3. Having considered the subject matter of the case I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
4. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1224 of 2026 is dismissed.
5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court.
6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
