2. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.191/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 274, 275 of BNS and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the allegation in the FIR, total 135 litres Nepali liquor was recovered from the sacks which were kept on motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is not the owner of the said motorcyle. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50047 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the recovered liquor. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2026 and he has got clean antecedent as per paragraph 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, (Excise Court), Madhubani in connectin with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.191/2026.
