Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they do not have any contact with the Petitioner and have no instructions on whether the Petitioner was granted Ph.D or not. 3. Considering the submissions made and due to passage of time, the Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the Petitioner to re-agitate the issue in the event cause of action survives.
