1. The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of cross case GD No. 45 dated 05.08.2023 registered under Sections 307, 341, 427, 148, 149 IPC At Police Station Jaito, District Faridkot in case FIR No. 115 dated 04.08.2023 registered under Sections 341, 307, 324, 323, 427, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Jaito, District Faridkot.
2. Since the quashing petitions i.e. CRM-M-57329-2025 and 57573- 2025 filed by the petitioner and other accused have already been allowed vide
order of even date passed by this Court, the present petition seeking concession of regular bail has been rendered infructuous.
