The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence under Sections 223, 109, 292, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Informant, who is police officer, was sent a vide (44 seconds) on his whatsapp by his superior officer wherein it was shown that three men were showing holding illegal iron pistols in their hands and are displaying various types of expression. On inquiry, the informant came to know their names. Petitioner is one of them. 4.
