No.549 of 2026 dated 27-04-2026 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur that the petitioner/accused should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each and should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for 15 days. 2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the he has got bail in another case in Cr.No.140 of 2025, wherein the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur has granted bail on certain conditions in Crl.MP.No.403 of 2026 on 13.05.2026 is that to stay at Sholinghur and appear before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders . It is the contention of the Petitioner that due to above order, it is difficult to comply the condition of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur passed in Crl.MP.No.549 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026. Hence, he seeks modification. 3. While perusing the order, the Order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur is prior in point of time.
