1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file before the appropriate forum having pecuniary jurisdiction.
2. It prima facie appears that this Court does not have the pecuniary jurisdiction to take up this appeal.
3. Accordingly, FMAT No. 210 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant to prefer an appeal against the self-same order, on the self-same grounds as taken in the present appeal, before the appropriate Court having pecuniary jurisdiction.
4. The learned Advocate-on-record for the appellant is granted leave to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy of the same for the records.
5. CAN 1 of 2026 is also disposed of consequentially.
6. There will be no order as to costs.
