Case No. 14 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner and his associates had committed assault upon the informant and others. So far as the assault committed by the petitioner upon Deepak is concerned, the same seems to be specific and against the other accused persons, the same are general and omnibus in nature. It appears that one Devendra Raut had received head injury and the assailants seems to be all the accused persons including the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2026. Regard being had to the above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad in connection with Dhansar P.S.
