JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This matter is called twice both in the morning session and also in the afternoon session and there is no representation by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that even the conditional order dated 22.05.2025 is not complied with and bond is also not executed under Section 436A of Cr.P.C. 3. This Court vide order dated 25.06.2025 extended the time for compliance of the conditional order. Thereafter also, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner not pursued the matter. However, the matter was referred to Lok-Adalath - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010143782025 NC: 2026:KHC:36515 CRL.RP No. 378 of 2025 and the matter was not settled before the Lok-Adalath on 13.12.2025. Thereafter, the matter was referred to the Special Mediation Drive and the same was not settled and report of the mediation is also received that both the parties never appeared and more than 60 days of statutory period is over from the date of reference for mediation. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently and also not complied with the conditional order and hence, the criminal revision petition is dismissed.
