Learned counsels for both the parties have filed a joint memo and matter is settled for an amount of Rs.4,75,000/- as full and final settlement and Rs.2,00,000/- was paid on 09.07.2026 and a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- is paid on 14.07.2026 and the same is acknowledged by the respondent- complainant and no due for payment. 3. The joint memo is taken on record. 4. In view of the joint memo and entire amount of Rs.4,75,000/- is being paid by the petitioner-accused to the respondent-complainant, the petitioner is acquitted for the offence under Section 138 of N.I.
