This application has been filed praying for modification of the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by this Court in BA No.302/2026. 3. In the said order, the bail bond was directed to be filed before the learned Special Judge, Cachar, Silchar. 4. Therefore, the error stands corrected. 5. The applicant Alim Uddin Sekh shall be released on bail of 25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Cachar, Silchar. 6. This order shall form a part of the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.302/2026. With the aforesaid direction, this IA stands disposed of accordingly.
