The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners accordingly prays for closing this contempt case. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that no contempt case is made out and accordingly, the contempt case is hereby closed. However, it is made clear that it is open to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings for redressing their grievances, if any.
