1. This petition for pre-arrest bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.04 dated 05.01.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that reply by the State has already been filed and in Para No.8 of the above- mentioned reply, it has been mentioned that no evidence, whatsoever has been found against the petitioner, and therefore, he has been declared innocent.

3. The learned State counsel has conceded that during the course of investigation the petitioner has been found to be innocent.
4. In view of above-mentioned developments, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition for anticipatory bail. The same is hereby dismissed accordingly.
