P. C. After this Court passed the order dated 24.02.2026, the petitioner filed an interim application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur which was disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Bank to give seven days prior notice to the petitioner before fixing the date for taking possession of the secured asset.
2. In that view of the matter, nothing remains in this petition as the same has become infructuous.
3. However, considering that the Securitization Application is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur since long, the Tribunal is directed to decide the Securitization Application within eights weeks from the next date of hearing.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
