Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is at the argument stage. He submits that the next date fixed for hearing of the argument is August 19, 2026. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite-parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite-parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite-parties before the learned trial judge. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner CO 2222 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the 2 learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 48 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the next date, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
