VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by this Court in COMAP.No.409/2025. The said appeal was disposed of by expressly clarifying that the word 'TAURUS' cannot be used by the respondents as expressly directed by the learned Commercial - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35274-DB CCC No. 1402 of 2025 Court under an order dated 16.06.2025 passed in COM.AA.No. 168/2024. The respondents have filed the statement of objections, inter alia, stating as under: "(1) These Accused categorically state that not only have they discontinued, pending the outcome of the arbitral proceedings, production of the products in respect of which the Complainant claims to have trademarks but also have not used any of the trademarks purportedly granted to the Complainant under Class 9. This, in and of itself, demonstrates the compliance by these Accused with the orders of the Ld. Commercial Court in Com. A. A 168/2024 and this Hon'ble Court in Com. AΡ.409/2025. (ii) Instead, these Accused have only used their corporate name and moniker 'Taurus Powertronics Private Limited' which use has been permitted by this Hon'ble Court by its orders in Com AP.409/2025. It is the Complainants' own case as forthcoming from their reliance on Annexure W to the petition that these Accused have used their corporate name." Emphasis ours 2.
