Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration (IA No.01/2023). 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the original case, bearing MAC No.1170/2020, the certified copy of the impugned award could not be received, due to which the default could not be removed within the time stipulated by this Court on 17.01.2023, resulting in the appeal being dismissed on 27.03.2023. He submits that the delay of 240 days in filing the present MCC is bona fide and not willful, and prays for condonation of the delay. 3. Upon due consideration, and perusing the contents of the application for condonation of delay, no sufficient cause has been shown for the delay of 240 days in filing the present MCC. therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay in filing the instant MCC. 4.
