Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 23.08.2022 to transfer the patta on his favour in respect of the property situated at Old SF Nos.20, 22 & m23 admeasuring to an extent of 4 acre at Chennasandaram Village, Hosur Taluk within the Sub Registration District of Hosur and Registration District of Krishnagiri. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 23.08.2022 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
