ORAL ORDER Accused No.7 in S.C.No.1799/2018 pending before the Court of LXVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, arising out of Crime No.226/2018 registered by Kalasipalya Police Station, Bengaluru City for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 302, 120(B), 149 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 and 27(1) of Arms Act, 1959 is before this Court under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Special Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent - State.
3. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that on the merits of the case, the petitioner was earlier granted regular bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court in Criminal Petition No.4689/2019 disposed of on 20.08.2019. For the reason that the petitioner and other accused had misbehaved in the Court and their mobile phone was ringing,

learned Trial Judge has taken them into custody on
25.03.2026. Bail application filed by the petitioner was subsequently rejected by the learned Trial Judge vide order dated 01.04.2026. It is under these circumstances, petitioner is before this Court.
4. Under similar circumstances, accused No.3 had approached this Court in Criminal Petition No.6037/2026 which was allowed by this Court on 08.06.2026. Accused No.1 and 2 had approached this Court in Criminal Petition No.6967/2026 which was allowed on 19.05.2026. Under the circumstances, I am of the view that petitioner's prayer for grant of regular bail needs to be allowed on the ground of parity.
5. Accordingly, the following:
ORDER (i) The Criminal Petition is allowed. (ii) The petitioner/accused No.7 is directed to be enlarged on bail in S.C.No.1799/2018 pending before the Court of LXVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, arising out of Crime No.226/2018 registered by Kalasipalya Police Station, Bengaluru City for offences punishable under

Sections 143, 147, 148, 302, 120(B), 149 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 and 27(1) of Arms Act, 1959, subject to the following conditions: a) Petitioner shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court; b) Petitioner shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless the Trial Court exempts his appearance for valid reasons; c) Petitioner shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses; d) Petitioner shall not involve in similar offences in future; e) Petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without permission of the said Court until the case registered against him is
