Affidavit of service as filed be kept with the record. 2. The petitioner is the second wife of one Abdul Aziz, a former employee of the respondent Authority, who expired sometime in December 2025. 3. The petitioner made an application sometime in June 2026, seeking appointment on compassionate ground, on the death of her husband. 4. The petitioner has also fairly submitted that her husband, the former employee, had a first wife, who has been divorced sometime in 2012. 5. Though a representation has been made by the petitioner, the said representation is bare and without material particulars. 6. In view of the afore-stated, let this writ-petition be treated as the representation along with the documents annexed thereto and the application for compassionate appointment dated 01.06.2026, be considered in accordance with law. 7. The respondent no. 3 will consider the application along with this writ-petition by August 12, 2026, and convey the resultant order to the petitioner by August 20, 2026. 8. If required, the petitioner may be called for a personal hearing along with respondent nos. 4 and 5, P a g e | 2 the first wife and child of the deceased employee, who had been divorced sometime in 2012. 9. With the afore-stated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 10.
