Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioners have preferred O.S.No.117 of 2017 against one Bade Sab and Noor on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni for permanent injunction. The said suit was dismissed on 12.06.2018 and the petitioners have suppressed the said fact and filed the present writ petition by stating that the Tahsildar is threatening them to dispossess the petitioners from the property and further the time immemorial the Muslim community people are using the same as Wazu Khana and Taharat Khana and also stated that the petitioners are not in possession of the property and no further orders are required. 3. Since the petitioners are not in possession of the property, cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
