That the respondents may be directed to transfer the petitioner at some convenient place i.e. at G.M.S Devi-Dehra U/c GSSS Bathari Banikhet Chamba HP and GSSS Bhadal Thor Distrt. Kangra HP mentioned in the representation. ii That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer from District Shimla to District Kangra. iii That the respondents may kindly be directed to decide my representation in time bound manner.” 2. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2026 (Annexure P-3) within a period of four weeks’ from today by passing a speaking order and after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case, and the authority shall take a decision strictly in consonance with the provisions of law. 5.
