From the online case status, it is seen that after arguments, the case was adjourned for orders from 18.09.2025 till 27.01.2026 and thereafter, on 11.02.2026, it was recorded as arguments on 03.03.2026. The case is now posted on 16.06.2026. In any event, keeping a petition for a long time without any progress is not proper. 3. In view of the same, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.272 of 2025, if not so disposed of so far, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
