That, this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 09.03.2020 passed by the respondent No. 3 and also pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction directing the respondent authorities to correct the adverse remarks given in the Confidential Report of the petitioner from year 2014 to 2018, in the interest of justice. 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially petitioner was appointed to the post of Teacher on 18.9.2008 under the respondent-department and subsequently, her services were attached with Central Jail, Bilaspur on 5.3.2014 and she was later on transferred to Central Jail, Raipur on 1.9.2017. He further submits that during the period 2014 to 2018, the reporting authority with mala-fide intention, awarded Grade-C to the petitioner in ACRs. He contends that petitioner preferred representation seeking upgradation of adverse remarks but the same was rejected vide order dated 9.3.2020. He further contends that during her tenure at Central Jail Bilaspur from 2014 to 2017, petitioner was never communicated the adverse ACRs and the 3 same were only communicated to her in the year 2019. He argues that there is sufficient improvement in the work and conduct of the petitioner therefore she may be permitted to make representation seeking upgradation of adverse remarks before respondent No. 2. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose. 4) Heard. 5) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Sahu, this petition is hereby being disposed reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to make a detailed representation seeking upgradation of ACRs of years 2014 to 2018 before respondent No. 2 within period of 30 days. It is expected that the authority concerned shall consider and decide such representation, if so moved by the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of such representation. 6) With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed.
