[ Mr. Amit Baran Dash Ms. Ankana Sarker …for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the first defendant for praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldia, Purba Medinipur, to dispose of the Title Suit no. 46 of 2018. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that several interlocutory applications – one under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, an application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure and an application challenging the maintainability of the application for addition of party – are pending. He submits that 1st October, 2026 is the next date fixed for hearing of the said applications. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldia, Purba Medinipur, to make all endeavour to dispose of all the interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned Trial Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 46 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.
