No.350/0389/2024. The subject matter of challenge in the said Original Application was an order of transfer dated 12th February, 2024. Today, we have been informed by the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that the petitioner has already accepted the order of transfer and joined the transferred post in the month of August, 2025. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the said writ petition as the same has become infructuous. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
