Learned counsel submits that this is not matching with the cause title of the bail application which was as under : 1. Jayanti Chakraborty @ Jayati Chakrabarty 2. Shayani Chakraborty @ Sathi Chakraborty Learned counsel submits that there seems to be error on the part of the Investigating Officer. Learned counsel submits that on account of this discrepancy petitioners could not surrender before the learned Trial Court. Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that this seems to be inadvertent error.
