Sarguja in Civil Suit No. 06A/2025. 2. After arguing for some times, learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw this appeal. He further submits that, the trial Court may be directed to expedite trial. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 3 raised objection to above prayer. 4. In view of the above prayer of learned counsel for the appellants, this appeal is disposed of at this stage.
