By this common order, a bunch of 13 LPAs, the details whereof are given in the heading of this order, are being disposed of together, as they involve the same question of law and arise out of similar facts. 2. After arguing at length, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants-appellants submits that all the questions raised before the learned Single Judge have not been adjudicated in view of the remand order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, the present appeals be disposed of as not pressed, with liberty to the appellants to file review petitions before the learned Single Judge. 3. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that in the event the appellants do not succeed in the review petitions, they may also be granted liberty to approach this Court by filing fresh LPAs challenging the main order, as well as the order passed in the review petitions. 4. Ordered accordingly. 5. Lastly, the learned Senior Counsel submits the present LPAs have remained pending for a considerable period and the prescribed period of limitation for filing the review petitions has expired, while the necessity of filing such review petitions arose only during the course of hearing in the present appeals, any review petitions, if filed, be directed to be decided on merits without being rejected on the ground of limitation by the State. 6.
