The petitioner has filed the present writ application with a prayer upon the Bank to defreeze the Savings Account no. 50100429322425 of HDFC Bank Limited, College Street Branch. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank has handed over the communication dated March 13, 2026 and submits that on receipt of the report from the investigating agency, the Bank has already defreezed the account of the petitioner and nothing remains in the present writ application. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank and the communication submitted by the Bank, this Court finds that the Bank has already 2 defreezed the account of the petitioner, there is no need to pass any order. 5.
