Heard Mr. Vinay Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Complaint No. 21 of 2023 (Dhanveer Singh Vs. Abhishek Chaudhary), under Sections 420, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sadabad, District Hathras, pending in the court of learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, Sadabad, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant apprised this Court that the aforesaid case is of the year 2023 and the same has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. states that no useful purpose would be served in issuing notice to opposite party No. 2 and he has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the case expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
