This Writ Petition has been filed against the impugned dispossession warrant dated 31.01.2023 issued against the petitioner by the Respondent No.2 as petitioner has been alleged to have encroached area 0.04 hectare of Khasra No.696 situated at village Janakpur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had filed this petition for suitable direction to competent authority in respect of grant of patta in favour of the petitioner in light of circular dated 11.09.2019. However, according to order dated 03.06.2025 passed by the Collector, District Manendragarh- AVINASH SHARMA Digitally signed by AVINASH SHARMA Date: 2026.07.23 18:06:03 +0530 2 Chirimiri-Bharatpur, C.G., Khasra No.696 on which the petitioner was seeking patta has been changed to Khasra No.598, area 0.41 hectare which has been reserved for construction of government quarters of judicial employees, as such, nothing remains for adjudication in this case which may kindly be disposed of as withdrawn, however, liberty may be reserved in favour of the petitioner to file afresh in case any exigency arises. 3. Considering the submission made by counsel for the petitioner that the subject area on which he was seeking patta has been reserved for government quarters and nothing survives for adjudication, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty in favour of the petitioner to file afresh in case exigency arises.
