This matter has been assigned to this Bench by the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice. 2. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 85 of 2005 pending before the Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that cross examination of the plaintiff’s witness is going on. 5. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the Learned Civil Judge, Junior 2 Division, 2nd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the pending suit i.e. Title Suit No. 85 of 2005 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6. With the above observations, CO. 2123 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
