Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner seeks transfer on self-medical ground. 3. The earlier application of the petitioner seeking transfer stood rejected on 9th March, 2022. 4. The petitioner insists that his health condition has deteriorated and he renews his prayer for transfer. 5. Considerable period of time has elapsed from the date of his application being rejected by the authority and there may have been change in the medical condition of the petitioner. 6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking transfer in accordance with law in the online mode. Page 2 7. In the event online mode is non-functional, then the petitioner may file his application in the prescribed format in the offline mode. 8. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from filing of the application. 9. Report of the CMOH shall be taken into consideration at the time of taking a decision in the matter. 10. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 11. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 12. The writ petition stands disposed of. 13.
