HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35716 CRL.P No. 8167 of 2026
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned High Court Government Pleader on behalf of respondent.
3. FIR in Crime No.104/2026 was registered by Jagajeevanram Nagar Police Station, Bangalore City, for the aforesaid offences against Murthy and others based on the first information dated 03.05.2026 received from Smt.S.Devi wife of the injured victim Satish Kumar. In the said case, the petitioners were arrested on 05.05.2026 and remanded to judicial custody.
4. The bail application filed by the petitioners before the Trial Court in Crl.Misc.No.4552/2026 was rejected on
01.06.2026. Therefore, the petitioners are before this Court.
5. Material on record would go to show that petitioner No.1 is aged 20 years and petitioners No.2 and 3 are aged 19 years respectively. Accused No.3 appears to have married the daughter of the injured victim and the first informant. The in- laws of accused No.3 were not happy with the marriage and therefore there was ill-will between them. It is in this background, on 03.05.2026, the father-in-law of accused No.3
