Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons attempted to commit murder of Kumar Siddharth by assaulting him with kicks, fist and belts. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired from the confessional statement of the co-accused Subham Yadav @ Akash Ranjan. It is then submitted that the petitioner has no intention to kill anybody. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as has been mentioned in para-17 of this anticipatory bail application. It is also submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will not annoy or disturb the informant or any of his family members in any manner during the pendency of the case. It is next submitted that the co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2026 in B.A. No.8128 of 2026. Learned Addl. P.P appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Considering the submissions of learned counsels and the facts and circumstances stated above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrendering, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar P.S.
