The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No.280/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(3), 324(4), 109, 126(2), 351(2) of the BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submits that there is allegation against 100 unknown persons and 25 named persons of going on the spot where the work was being conducted by the labourers and interfering and assault. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault. He next submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph-17 of this application and two of the co-accused persons have been granted 2026:JHHC:9590 2 anticipatory bail in ABA No.830 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of going on the spot and assault. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the allegations are there against one Md. Khora Raja, who has fired and that allegation is not against this petitioner. The allegation is made against 25 named persons and 100 unknown persons. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and two of the co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid. 6. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties, as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 7.
