This Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal is pending. 5. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from date. 6.
