Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within stipulated time due to communication gap. He submits that the anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner and two weeks’ further time may kindly be granted to surrender before the learned court. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner and in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court within stipulated time. Taking into account the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned court.
