Item- A- 2125. sg 13-07-2026 Ct. 6 CO 1482 of 2026 Sanjib Chakraborty Versus Sangita Nandi Chakraborty [ Mr. Sanjib Chakraborty …petitioner-in-person This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the husband praying for direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court at Barasat to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 1886 of 2023 expeditiously. The petitioner appearing in person draws the attention of the Court to an order dated 10th December, 2025 passed by a coordinate Bench in CO no. 3800 of 2025 directing the learned Additional District Judge to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit within a specified time frame. The petitioner in person submits that in spite of such submission, the learned Judge has not disposed of the said matrimonial suit. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the petitioner appearing in person, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by directing the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court at Barasat, to dispose of the matrimonial suit expeditiously keeping in mind the directions passed by the coordinate Bench on 10th December, 2025 in CO no. 3800 of 2025.
