The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, as well as, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been made accused in nine cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 4.
