The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having difficulty to mobilize the money and unable to comply the conditional order imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the Petitioner has unable to comply the conditional order of this Court. Hence, he opposed to allow this petition. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records. 5.
