[ Ms. Priyanka Jana Mr. Parimal Sardar …for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the appellants praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Arambag, to dispose of Title Appeal no. 3 of 2018 expeditiously. Pursuant to the earlier order dated 29th June, 2026, the learned advocate for the petitioner files the photocopies of the subsequent order sheets. From the order dated 17th June, 2026, it appears that the appellant and the defendant nos. 1(ka) and 1(ga) filed hazira and 6th August, 2026 is fixed for clarification. It will be open to the petitioner to clarify the issues raised by the learned Judge of the appellate court on the next date fixed i.e. 6th August, 2026. If the learned Judge of the Appellate Court is satisfied with the clarification made by the petitioners and the appeal is otherwise ready for hearing, an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the Title Appeal No. 3 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, without grating any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. The learned Judge, Appellate Court is requested to keep in mind that the appeal is pending from the year 2018. The copies of the subsequent orders filed in Court are taken on record. With the above observations and direction, this civil revisional application is disposed of.
