Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed with the other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1400 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the present petitioner is not similarly situated as the accused persons who have been granted bail. Having considered the aforesaid, the present petitioner namely, Abu Samad be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed in CRM (NDPS) 1400 of 2026. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1031 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
