1. Instant writ petition is preferred by petitioner with following prayer: The respondents may kindly be directed to allow posting to the petitioner in the District Sikar as the first preference online given by her her as per application dated 10.01.2023 under OBC Non-Creamy category (Divorcee) Category by transferring her posting from District Jalore as per order of Hon'ble High Court by dated 21.02.2022 passed in the case of Samiksha Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & ors. with all consequential service benefits.

Learned counsel for petitioner has placed reliance upon order dated 21.02.2022 in SB CWP No.1041/2021 titled as Samiksha Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan and submitted that the issue raised herein is no more res integra and same has been considered and decided by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble court and the instant writ petition be decided on the basis of ratio laid down in case of Samiksha Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan (supra).
3. Mr. Jitendra K. Takar on behalf of Mr. S.S. Naruka, AAG and Mr. Prateek Saxena for Mr. Kapil Prakash Mathur, AAG accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Both of them agreed for disposal at this stage.
4. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in light of ratio laid down in case of Samiksha Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan (supra), if applicable upon facts of the case. The respondents are directed to consider the case of petitioner on the basis of examination of facts and if the
facts of the case are identical with the ratio laid down in case of Samiksha Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan (supra), then the petitioner be considered for same benefit.
5. The requisite examination be considered within a period of 60 days from date of receipt of copy of the order.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition along with misc. application, if any, stands disposed of.
