PP CORAM: JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER(ORAL) 24.02.2026 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Samal PS Case No.397 of 2025 corresponding to GR (CT) Case No.1761 of 2025 pending in the file of learned JMFC (CT), Talcher, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.305(d)/3(5) of BNS, on the main allegation of committing theft in the Maa Tarini Temple at Talcher and taking away valuables. 3. Heard, Mr. Chiranjib Rout, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. T.K. Acharya, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. Admittedly, the FIR has been lodged against unknown persons, but the present petitioners were apprehended on 19.12.2025 and in the meantime, charge-sheet has already been submitted. The basis of implication of the petitioners is their confession before the police. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-a-vis the accusation sought to be brought against them and taking into account the other materials placed on record in entirety and there being no criminal antecedent reported against the petitioners, this Court without expressing any view on merit admits each of the petitioners to bail. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioners stands allowed and the petitioners are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 6. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court, who shall afterwards communicate the same to the concerned Jail through e- mail for reference. (G.
