Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused, namely, Manish Gond who was granted bail in CRM(NDPS)800 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State is unable to refute the locus of the present petitioner with that of the person who has been granted bail as referred to earlier. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Surajit Biswas be released on bail by the learned special court on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the other accused Manish Gond in CRM(NDPS)800 of 2026. Thus, CRM(NDPS) 1189 of 2026 is allowed. 2 Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
