Learned Advocate for the alleged contemnors, being Officers of the concerned Finance Company, says that the order dated September 16, 2025, has been complied with. The vehicle in question has been made over to the petitioner who has taken possession thereof after signing a self-declaration to the effect that she has received the vehicle from the custody of Shriram Finance Limited in pliable, running and good condition as per the order dated July 3, 2026, passed by this Court in connection with the present contempt application. 2 3. In view of the aforesaid, we see no reason to keep this contempt application pending. 4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner says that before receiving possession, the petitioner or her representative were not allowed to inspect the vehicle. The vehicle is not actually in pliable condition and is damaged. The self-declaration that the petitioner signed was under duress. 5. We are unable to consider such submissions of the petitioner in contempt jurisdiction. If the petitioner has any grievance as regards the condition of the vehicle that the Finance Company has returned to her, she will be at liberty to ventilate such grievance before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 6.
