As common issue has been raised in all these writ petitions by petitioners, therefore, they are being heard together and disposed of by this common order. 2. For convenience of this Court, WPS No. 6 of 2021 is taken as lead case, in which following reliefs have been sought. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Collector, Bilaspur to consider & decide the application dated 02.11.2020 of the petitioner submitted under Section 33 of the Act of 2013 within a stipulated period of time. 3 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to determining the award in favour of the peti- tioner as per the guiding principle of market value of agriculture land of Rs. 31,03,000/- per hector, in place of 12,28,000/- per hector 10.3 To kindly grant any other writ/writs, or- der/orders, relief/reliefs in favour of the peti- tioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 3. On the objection being raised by the counsel for Respondents No. 1 & 2 with regard to maintainability of the writ petition at this stage on the ground that the petitioner is having the alternate efficacious remedy under Section 3 (g) (5) of the National Highways Act, 1956, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised, he may be permitted to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to avail the other remedy as available under the law. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Certified copy as per rules.
